E.01

Question and programme

Dance partners move, describe their sensations, observe visual feedback and repeat the sequence. The workshop explores attention to oneself and one’s partner, the felt sense of coordination and observers’ impressions.

Movement and description

Pair dancing and a description of personal experience before observing the shared visual recording.

Shared observation

The pair observes Neuromandala and tries an agreed attention scenario; audience size differs from the number of measured participants.

Repetition and reflection

Repeated movement and feedback from the pair and observers. Differences are discussed without claiming established method efficacy.
